Sofia and Ann

A native of Morocco, Sofia Pernas moved to California when she was just 5 years old and grew up living in Orange County. The actress got her first big break acting after graduating from University of California San Diego in the year 2015. Pernas made minor appearances in NCIS and Leverage and Leverage, however she got the part of Marisa as Marisa in The Young and the Restless. Following her departure from soap operas her actress was offered the role of Catalina on Jane the Virgin. The model, who is proficient in four different languages, is currently on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also appeared Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Between 2019 and 2020, she portrayed Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas was in a relationship with Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. This was after Chrishell Stause (the spouse of This Is Us actor) was able to break up with him in the month of November and Pernas began dating Hartley. News broke on May 20, 2021, that Pernas and Hartley have recently got married with a private ceremony.
