Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was a teenager. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed for many years and set new goals every year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her list. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance to get her degree from college. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to work out sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
